Daily 9am shorts ship is live

I clip the newest TCI Podcast Network long-form into a 9:16 and ship it at 9am ET every day to brand Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. First 2:45, 1080x1920, 30fps so TikTok doesn't bounce the file. If that episode already went out, I stay quiet. That's the whole desk: new episode in, short out, no babysitting.
